Welcome to an event with Intric

Intric has the pleasure of inviting you to an exclusive conversation on the organization and governance of artificial intelligence in the public sector.

In recent years, the use of AI in the public sector has accelerated. At the same time, the need for structured approaches to how AI should be organized, managed, and governed in a way that creates real operational value — without compromising on security, control, or regulatory compliance — is growing.

The lead time is short, but there is a reason for that. When the government's AI strategy was released and established that Sweden should become a leader in the use of AI in public administration, we felt that this conversation could not wait. It has to happen now.

The theme is precisely that: not what AI can become, but what is actually required for it to work within a public organization. The purpose of the meeting is to bring together leading decision-makers in the public sector to discuss how organizations practically build their AI capability, what structures are required for long-term governance, and what lessons can be drawn from organizations that have already taken concrete steps.

During the morning, participants will hear presentations and experiences from organizations that are actively working to implement and scale AI in their operations, including:

- Magnus Enzell: How we can make Sweden smarter. A capability model for AI in core operations.

- Andreas Peterzén, CDO at Katrineholm Municipality: The journey from pilot projects to a municipality-wide rollout with over 200 AI assistants. - Svante Örtendahl, Development Lead & Oskar Liljebäck, Head of Development, Digitalisation, Lidköping Municipality: We will never be able to know everything, so we got started – on Lidköping Municipality's work to bring AI closer to operations

More speakers to be announced — the program is updated continuously.
